Not too different from teaching. I’m up to my eyeballs in debt with student loans, but only make beans for a salary (way less than 400k a year). We give up a lot of free time for our students, and often put our own families on hold. What is really aggravating though is some laws were changed in my state that allow new teachers with just a bachelors degree to make the same salary. I am making and have been teaching for 11 years and have a masters degree. #teacherlife
