I hate to say it but the only thing that helped my hypothyroid moon face was cutting carbs and sugar to near drastic levels and inc protein. My body proportions changed instantly.

Idk if this has to do anything with what your doing but don’t have to much sugar unless it’s natural cuz I think it gives u puffiness in the face
