I highly recommend adding these into your workout regimen, if you are looking to improve your glutes/hamstrings. The cable kick back has been an essential exercise added to my workout routine. This movement hasn’t made my glutes stronger, but it has helped improve the shape of my glutes. My glutes sit higher now, than they did before adding this movement into my training religiously. The cable pull through movement is almost like a substituted rdl on the cable machine in my opinion.
