Very well said. One of my delusions was that I had died several different times and was going through Dante”s 9 circles of hell with each new “dimensional rebirth” I had from my previous death.

1. is SO HARD to try to explain to people this kind of hardship. you can't truly say "I get it in ways most people don't" because the only people who will give that the credence it deserves are others

I lived through believing I'd gotten my partner murdered. trying to explain the way reality flips on itself to people is so hard. like yeah I know it wasn't real but it was *real*.

I can relate to this with my dreams. I’ve had extremely vivid nightmares all my life where I can feel pain, I can feel myself die, starve, get murdered, set on fire. It wasn’t real but I felt it.
