You need to point the injector AWAY from your hands when you pop test. If you think pressure washing your feet is bad, hitting your hand with an injector pop can lead to blood poisoning.

Sounds like the pump isn’t pushing enough pressure to the injectors to open them, take the pump apart,

Dude, just replace the plunger and barrel assembles and recalibrate the pump. Problem fixed. Find stamped number's on plunger and look online. Definitely cheaper to fit new P&B assemblies & retest.
