Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. 3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 4.
