I have seen people say they need shakedown up sometimes. idk if that will work or not. Mine was grainy last year and I was told to shake it or run under warm water. Think the formula separates. Maybe

This happened to mine the first time I used it and then the pigment came out. Message customer service with pics tho, they’ll send a replacement they’re very good with product issues!

No girlie you need to give it a massage and use it a few times. Sometimes due to shipping the color will slide to the bottom. Mine did too and now it’s tinted 🥰
