Block everybody from work and if they do stumbled upon your social media immediately block them and pretend you no longer have social media, coworkers can be devious, don't trust anyone

If your coworkers have your phone number they can see your Tik toks because Tik Tok syncs your phone contacts to your profile. I learned that at my last job my coworkers was watching every thing I did and I found out because of my boss. Be safe out there
