yup. got it done. absolutely the best decision of my life. 20/20 vision now, and I was -5.25 in both eyes before. 15 years problem free

I got cornea ectasia due to lasik. I have to wear special contacts to see and almost blind without them. Wish I had never done it. Just know the 1% risk can happen.

I was at my optometrists office at 18 so ready for lasik and he was like eh I personally wouldn’t do it and I was like ummmm wait really? So I didn’t. God bless that man 🙌🏽

I had it done around 2 months ago, best decision ever. I was scared as well due to the horror stories I read online but it’s very rare to have such complications after lasik.

My coworker said after lasik she can’t go outside without sunglasses or stare at screens for too long b/c her eyes are so sensitive now and she sees light glare. Those symptoms alone stress me out.

When I was talking to the eye surgeon about it, I asked why he hasn’t done it and wears glasses instead…He said that’s a good question but he never answered it so I didn’t go through with it.
