Sylvia Masebo attempts the mission of trying to coerce Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda into implicating other people instead of those he had already named such as Mr. Clayson Hamasaka, Levy Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde. This is the same mission that Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana and Home Affairs and Internal Security PS Dickson Matembo also attempted and failed. In both cases, the Petauke Lawmaker stood his ground insisting that he saw the two State House staff, Hamasaka and Ngoma and UPND Deputy National Youth Chairman Trevor Mwiinde at the secret site where he was taken.
