38+3 today and feeling the exact same as you! All I do is nap, it's just draining! And to make it worse everyone is constantly asking for updates and your like ha nope still very pregnant!

Once I accepted that it’s more likely to go over 40 weeks as a ftm a lot of the stress lifted for me! He’ll be here soon, soak up the last few weeks ❤️

It’s completely normal to go to 40 weeks + especially with your first baby hun. I gave birth 40+5 and had a smooth labour. I know it’s hard just try to enjoy the last few days just you and your bf x

As a doula I can confirm 39-40week babies are significantly better breast feeders if that can offer any positives of baby coming later ❤️

Im in the exact same boat gal I have my last growth scan today, im 37+3 now but I’ve had bad cramps etc I hope my baby boy is here soon too! It’s definitely hard, before we know it they will be here❤️

I went 41 weeks and I was trying all the things and I was so frustrated, I forced myself to do labour inducing yoga/workiut YouTube and I lost my mucas plug that day, he was here within 2 days x
