Maybe they sell to their children to earn the money. Then pay their children a fraction and get another property to collect rent to pay for bank loan.

these ppl are paying cash over valuation. I'm pretty sure hdb didn't value these places in the millions. if value at 800k. it means that these ppl have 200k to pay in cash. so it's一个愿打一个愿挨

Too ridiculous. Should go for bigger place more comfort instead of location. Can always get a good car for not so near mrt. Also, can use the rest of the money to go holiday instead.
