Buy cooling patches genuinely. They are super cheap and you can find them in most stores. Cooling patches, wipes, or mists. Saved me when I first moved here.

Summer in Japan is NO joke!! Had a layover there before going to Vietnam and that’s the first and last time. Definitely would rather go in the Winter 😅
