Get clear on what negative beliefs you currently carry about yourself. Help questions: What am I afraid other think of me? What parts of yourself do you dislike, and why? What am I afraid will happen when I am myself? 2. Realise that your mind always tries to proof the things it already beliefs. So you don't see a reflection of reality, you see a reflection of your self-image in your outside world. 3. Reframe the negative beliefs into positive ones. 4. Look for evidence of these new beliefs every day. You self-image (and subconscious mind) can only be rewired through repetition. 5. Stop the narrative of the negative self-image, when it comes up.
