I think it’s crazy that people are expected to not have nannies or help, when historically we have relied on “the village” to watch our children too. It’s not realistic imo

I landed a work from home flexible job. It has been life changing. In this economy we both have to work. But my kids come first.

Less is more :
I don’t buy this. We need the village to support all parents, working or not. Stop shaming people for going back to work, it’s an economic reality for the vast majority of households.
