@jusslin_: Lobster & Shrimp on a Parmesan Crusted Brioche Bun drizzled with Lobster Bisque 🦞 🥪 ✨ Ingredients - 4 Cajun Shrimp Skewers from @sprouts - 2 Lobster Tails (cleaned & deveined) - Butter - Garlic Powder - Cajun Seasoning - Italian Seasoning - Lemon Juice - Brioche Buns - Parmesan Cheese - Lobster Bisque from @traderjoes - Parsley 1. Grill shrimp skewers. Set aside. 2. Season lobster tail meat with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and Italian seasoning. Cook on skillet with 1 tbsp of butter. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Set aside. 3. Add butter to pan, toast buns then set aside once toasted. Add a circle of Parmesan cheese to the pan and place the bottom bun on top. Let cook until the cheese is crusted on the bun. 4. Heat up the lobster bisque. 5. Assemble the sandwich. A the brioche buns and add shrimp, lobster, drizzle of the lobster bisque, and parsley.
