The biggest negative of the Oura ring is it definitely count hand motions as steps (like I’ll be sitting on the couch tapping around my phone and my step count will go up by 1000)

Unless you’re going on a couple of hour walks a day it’s over counting. I work on my feet and walk 3-4 km each way to/from work and I rarely get over 20,000
