Literal directions on the derm say to remove after 24hrs, then add a new piece for a couple days. And not to peel upwards

I soak mine in a hot bath for 20 mins and remove it while under water.

Another tip is don't pull away from the skin, pull with the skin. Same as the reusable stick up hooks for walls 😏 hurts way less

Added tip, treat it like a command strip. Pull it apart by stretching. It will loose its adhesive and not yank on the skin. It was part of the original 3m patten to remove it with no added pain.
