Invest in a weighted vest for your squats. They have some woth removable weights. Helps center of balance, and more muscle growth in other areas not just legs and gluteus

Lil tip: try sumo squats with ur head looking a bit down to keep your spine aligned. For rdls try to keep the dumbbell close to your legs the whole way down and stoping where your hips hinge back.💕
