I could cry about how much barefoot shoes change the game for me. Wearing them as a plus size woman reduced so much of the pain in my feet, legs, ankles, knees and lower back 😭

Definitely order an insert as the soles are minimal. Flat feet so the barefoot concept is not the most comfortable.
