@samthefoodjunkie: 📍Tender // I think I just found another favourite spot in town! @Stock Exchange Hotel just opened their new restaurant Tender this year with Michelin star chef Niall Keating and it’s amazing! I absolutely fell in love with the vibe when I walked in, it’s intimate yet still grand. As for the food, you can choose to go with some small plates to share or go with the usual three course meal and we went for the latter. The highlights for me were their confit salmon and the rib of beef. The salmon confit with wasabi mayonnaise is definitely a must order and don’t get me started on the rib of beef! Also pleaseeeeee make sure you save some space for their desserts, you’ll thank me later! Both of the jam-cinnaroll & crème anglaise and the salted caramel tart are worth dying for, and this is the ultimate praise from me as I don’t really have a sweet tooth.
