An ecollar is the only way to be safe around sheep… this lovely bit of misinformation will lead to more livestock deaths, not prevent them. If a dog cannot mentally handle a level of calmness around sheep and livestock without the reminder of a strong tool then find a different walking route. A lead is the only physical barrier that keeps everyone safe, there is no argument or alternative.
