for those who are wondering.. they are reciting surah in Salah.. n it's in the rukun qauli like al-fatihah.. U need to recite it a bit louder until U can hear voice but low volume

In salah, in one rakah you cant do 3 or more acts, your salah gets invalid, so these actions can't be used, you always can read with your mind
