With Zepbound (tirzepatide) I lost about 6 kg in one month, but more importantly I lost about 60% of my hair. My skin is also hanging badly from my stomach, and I feel embarrassed to go to the swimming pool. Losing weight too quickly is terrible. I have constant nausea and gas all the time. The doses are too strong. With Wegovy I had lost 12 kg in a year and had no problems. I think I will go back to Wegovy.
