@averykroll1: my last therapist was literally just there for the drama I swear she just listened to me talk and would be like "wow you're dealing with alot right now 😟" and I would pay $300 an hour for that. she was my bestie tho
write it down, how it make you feel, not just bullet points of what happen, and look for a therapist that can help you ask yourself why you felt like that.

even if it feels like you’re past it, usually you can take something from it/break down what happened/how you coped/what lessons you can take from it. even things that seem “done” there’s stuff
