Man we’re definitely in different generations lol I went from 16g to 0g within a few months using tapers and no oil or anything. Thankful I never blew out my ears. Especially since I skipped stages 😬

side note there is a size between 2 to 0, and 0 to 00. arctic Buffalo offers them in their glass single flares. def make sure you use them because you're more likely to blow out bcs it's a 2 size jump

stretch with glass and go by mm, so much easier and safer especially when you get to bigger sizes. glasswear studios offers glass plugs in each size and stretching kits!

piercer here🥰 recommended wait time between stretching is 2-3 months to prevent blowout. smaller stretches like this probably aren't an issue, but definitely wait longer between stretches 1/2
