Holafly charged me for a monthly plan I didn’t want and didn’t use. I contacted them for a refund, but they refused. The recurring billing was not clear, and the customer service was disappointing.

I selected USA eSIM, entered all my details, how long I’m here for and from where they allowed me to pay for the USA ESIM and after clicking on the link to download the app it says it’s not available in my country! The money has been taken from my account aswell !😭

If I turn it on, I don’t see anything else. It just shows the green light that is on but doesn’t give me the options to turn data roaming on. Does it do it automatically when I just turn on that line?
