@nuocmamafoods: CRISPY SHRIMP BALL………from dim sum Another great finger foods for holidays, party or potluck. Can be made in advance for 1-2 day or freeze for whenever. Recipe: how many depends on the size of your shrimp balls. I usually scoop about 1 tablespoons of minced shrimp for each ball. Recipe: •2 lbs minced shrimp 🍤 •1 pk spring roll wrap •1 teaspoon salt •1 teaspoon sugar •1/2 teaspoon msg(op) •1/2 teaspoon ground pepper •1/2 teaspoon garlic powder •1/2 teaspoons onion powder •1 tablespoon cornstarch. You can double or triple the recipe 1•Add everything together and mix well. 2•Peel 5-6 pieces of spring roll wrap at a time. Fold and cut into thin strips. Fluff it out. If it’s too long give it a few rough cut. You probably only need half a package of wrap. Leftover can be store back in the freezer for later use. 3•Scoop in the shrimp paste. Cover the top with the wrap. Use your hand to squeeze into a ball. Continue until all done. 4•Preheat oil at 400f. Fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
