I worked for people like this. After they replied with the regulation on how to write. I made it a point to write it all wrong everytime to them.

I have to be grammar police, it’s part of my job, proofreading client’s letters. You can’t just turn it off because not doing it 100% could seep in from every day to work life.

The way I would put grammar mistakes into every single email to her. Also she would hate me bc I’m bad at commas. I genuinely don’t understand where they go (excluding lists or obvious breaks)
