That’s part of the therapy, it allows you to release the idea of outcome or control. I used to write detailed letters and then burn them 🤷🏾♀️Once you release, u don’t want to hold on to it.

This is actually a very strong practice, the folks who make sand mandelas do the same. Hours and hours making intricate sand art and then it just blows away 🌬️

Do you take videos/photos of them before you toss them? I totally understand tossing out your work, but sometimes it’s nice to have a digital copy for the memories and to see your progress!
