THASNIFT WITH EGG SALAD #eggs #salad #Recipe #food #tiktokfood #foodtiktok #trending #viral #foryou #foryoupage #fy #fyp DOUGH 200 gr all-purpose flour 200 gr fine semolina 7 gr salt (1⅙ teaspoon) 15 gr granulated sugar 7 gr instant yeast 30 ml sunflower oil 235 ml water EGG SALAD 8 eggs (medium-sized) 100 grams mayonnaise 10 grams sambal 50 grams chili sauce 60 grams pickles (2 pickles) 40 grams red onion (half a red onion) 3 grams curry powder (1 teaspoon) salt to taste In a deep bowl, combine the flour, fine semolina, salt, sugar, yeast, sunflower oil, and water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes. Your dough should be ready when it has a nice, smooth texture. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs (make sure they are fully submerged) and cook them for about 10-15 minutes until hard-boiled. Rinse them with cold water and peel the eggs. Slice the hard-boiled egg whites lengthwise and remove the hard-boiled egg yolks. Set aside the halved egg whites and yolks. Cut the egg whites into small pieces and mash the egg yolks. Take the bowl with the egg yolks and add mayonnaise, sambal, chili sauce, pickles, red onion, curry powder, and salt. Mix well. Add the egg whites and mix everything together. Set aside the egg salad. Take the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Shape them into small balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten the balls. Sprinkle some fine semolina on a plate. Coat the dough with fine semolina on both sides. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size. Heat a skillet (with a thick bottom) over medium-high heat. Bake the mini thasnift on both sides until baked through. Immediately cover the bread with a clean kitchen towel to keep them soft. Take a mini thasnift and fill it with the egg salad.
