I had the same feeling when I moved 10 years ago from Bombay and started working in UK. I came frm such a hostile work environment in Bombay I ws like telling UK colleagues y you being so nice to me🥺

same in Pakistan.... we were not allowed to leave office until Senior Manager has left and 5pm day end was just on papers. Plus senior management is always insecure of you hence take all credit

Thanks to benefit schemes the work culture is so good at initial levels of jobs 😅😅 higher you go toxic it gets. But due to benefits they want you to do basic job.
