INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 chopped onion 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each onion powder and paprika 1 TBSP minced garlic 1 box garlic bread Shredded cheddar cheese Burger Sauce (1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 1 TBSP sweet relish) 2 Chopped green onions INSTRUCTIONS Bake garlic bread in the oven following the directions on the package. I like to bake it a little bit longer than it calls for, so it is more toasted. Make homemade burger sauce by stirring together mayo, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish. Set aside. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat and add all seasonings. Once the beef is browned, drain grease, and add minced garlic. Stir well. Add ground beef mixture on top of garlic bread. Add cheese on top and put back in the oven to melt the cheese. Top with the homemade burger sauce and some chopped green onions.
