my son walked tip toes then I saw on you tube to pull his ear lobes fast and her a pop. I did exactly that and heard the pop. yep he stopped tip toeing... insating that he slight walks fawrds must be muscle development

I’ve walked on my tiptoes my whole life, I think of it as a blessing. Helped me in ballet, and I can run in heels so 😂😂😂

The reason why I constantly make tip towing a habit is because when I was a kid, I was constantly shifting my body weight forward. When really I should just be letting it rest on the back part of my feet with my feet flat on the ground… and I can just say my feet do get cramps sometimes and it does hurt so I am working on myself so it doesn’t hurt. I’m trying to fix my habit!!!

also the tendon going down the back of the foot may need stretched. my son and nephew walked on their toes due to this.

I've walked on my toes since I could walk I had extensive physio, splints and plaster cast as a child as I could no longer stand on flat foot I'm 32 and I'm just being assessed for autism
