Replanting advice: A few years ago I planted a bunch of tubestock (baby trees), as well as some smallish kid trees and some teenager trees. Without exception, the tubestock trees are now bigger.

It's expensive, obviously, but it is possible to plant established trees. Maybe talk to an arborist & consider pricing out the feasibility of replacing a couple with some older trees.
