One staff member disrespectfully instructed my mother “ throw all your bags in the bin and come to me only with one”, prompting me to record the interaction. This escalated, with staff tearing our boarding passes without explanation and using abusive language, demanding we stop filming. After two hours, we were informed that only four of our party could fly, leaving the others stranded without justification. We spent 13 hours at the airport, during which staff refused to communicate. Despite threats of being banned from Morocco for sharing videos, I aim to highlight this unprofessional behavior at Agadir Airport, as others have reported similar experiences. The misconduct we faced highlights the unprofessionalism, aggression, and lack of support from both Ryanair and Swissport staff. In addition to this, we have contacted Ryanair and have completely avoided the situation and responded with “whilst we empathize with your view….
