How does it cause anxiety? I have been using my CPAP since 2012 and it’s a life saver. Me personally I found it hard to adapt to but I over came this because I had no choice.

My top tip is breathe through your nose and keep your mouth closed while you get used to it. I can't sleep without mine

I find earplugs help to tune out the noise and fall asleep quicker, even though it’s quiet sometimes I focus too much on my breathing and it keeps me awake!
