@bodybreakerofficial: The intensive at 3n Motion was truly epic! We focused on Bodytect feet and finishing with core work. We explored the anatomical aspects of pronation and how it affects our ankles. We learned how our arches influence various factors of dance training and how to work in sync with our medial and Achilles to prevent Achilles tendinitis. We also covered safe and effective foot stretching techniques. It’s crucial to understand that strengthening and flexibility go hand in hand, and working the fascia is essential for creating cleaner lines. Additionally, aligning our core with our leg usage can significantly refine and strengthen weaker areas of both our lower and upper limbs, enhancing our core strength in new ways.
