@dailymail: Richard David Hendrickson and his daughter Sally have died after a bulldozer fell on their car. The outdoor furniture CEO and his family were traveling up Ogden Canyon in Utah when a tow truck hauling a bulldozer passed them in the opposite direction, and the bulldozer became dislodged. It fell onto their SUV, killing them.
