In Ontario (Canada) it has also been made illegal to contact employees outside of paid working hours. It was such a breath of fresh air being able to finally ignore all the calls and emails

I worked for a Danish company, and my coworkers in Denmark got that 5 weeks paid when we didn’t. I was FUMING the whole time I worked there.
