I just tried 100d100 on DnD Beyond, one the lag was palpable 🤣 and two the damage was 5K+🤣🤣🤣 Whatever you hit is not only mearly dead, but really most sincerely dead💀🤣

hear me out, make it a one use item, give it to your players, don't tell them what it does. just that it does a ton of necrotic damage and you'll role the dice for it.
