This has to be a Clayton. So the same thing happened to my parents with a single wide. They sued and won.

I have the same one but single wide version. My toddlers room was always so hot and humid. We had to take the fan off and put foam up there bc heat was pouring through. Clayton homes ARE TERRIBLE

im roofer, usually this problems show in the middle because the same people they send to put them together Don do their job right, its call condesation because its sealed all the way from the bottom..

They are not putting bright insulation around the air conditioner unit and that’s where your mode is coming from. It happened in my back mobile home Clayton.

Literally having the same issues in Alabama with our double wide we got from a local mobile home company that they got from Clayton. Just had a roofer come out, and I’m having a mold inspector

try using a Dehumidifier! my bedroom smelled of mildew and I started using a dehumidifier and I was surprised at the difference.
