Ingredients 1kg soybeans 10 pandan leaves, tied to knots 2L water Sugar water 100g cane sugar 6 pcs pandan leaves, tied to knots 2L water 1. Soak soybeans in water overnight. Rinse and drain. 2. Blend soybeans with water. Strain into a large pot twice. 3. Bring soymilk to a boil and reduce to low heat. Keep stirring so it doesn’t burn at the bottom. Add pandan hleaves and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Then, set it aside. 4. In another pot, add water, cane sugar and pandan leaves. Cook until the sugar is completely dissolve.
