I think it's all in context. He's not upset the Astros are playing but just making a statement that why the hell can we get a stadium power, generator or otherwise, but 2 blocks away there's no power.

It’s frustrating, been without power since Monday at 9 am. All my food in fridge is spoiled and I can’t even buy groceries, as I do not have where to store it. Temp in home is 91 degrees ☠️with 3kids

Buildings do not have backup generators because they don’t want the cost tied to them. Also I think he has not power to stop the game… plus the game “cooled” 32000 people….
