@fris.ee: Gels are an essential part of my curly hair routine. They provide definition and protect against humidity and frizz I have long, looser curls that need strong hold. I always use TWO hold products in my routines - so two gels or a mousse and a gel. Don’t be scared if it gives a “crunch” - this is called the gel cast and it’s great for definition, I look for ingredients called “polyquats” that provide a gel cast and protect against humidity.
