This Green Mango Salad is a game changer 🥭 Serves: 2-4 Prep time: 12 minutes Special tools: sharp knife, peeler Ingredients 1 larger firm mango julienne 1/2 red pepper, sliced 1/2 cup julienne carrot 1/4 cup cilantro and mint, chopped 1/2 chili pepper, sliced 3 tbsp green onion, chopped 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp fish sauce 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped 2 leaves of butter lettuce Method 1. Toss all your veggies into a bowl. 2. In a small jar mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice and black pepper. Give it the shake shake and dress. 3.
