just do weighted ab workouts! like weighted crunches and wood chops / russian twist , i’ve never touched a rowing machine 😭 no hate at all but it feels weird to me

@Training Tall has a good video on the form! I normally do resistance 3 and select the 2k meters in 10minutes challenge, I’m DEAD at the end of it
