it is actually a nerf, its a lot easier to play around him, since that ability only lasts 3 sec. As a ram main, when he uses it i just put a shield and once its over, rush him and he "easily" dies.

Rein actully feels good to play for once, other tanks might need to be reverted, but Rein now only needs 125 fire strike and he is in his prime
