Where in Europe are you? Because in Switzerland we have „Drogerie“ which is more natural medication, tea and other things. At the „Apotheke“ you get medication, you’ll get something like Niquill

ofc you have Tylenol over the counter, it's just called differently. You just have to ask for it specifically. "Stronger stuff" is usually just antibiotics, which makes sense
