@myproteinpantry: CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING 🍫 quick & easy with protein + fiber to fuel your day. Ingredients: 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (30 g) 1/2 cup fat free milk (120 ml) or milk of choice 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp maple syrup (I use sugar free) or sweetener of choice 1/2 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt (113 g) 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (15 g) 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (5 g) strawberries + chocolate chips - optional, for topping or layering Instructions: 1. Add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and sweetener to a small container or jar with a lid and stir until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes so chia seeds start to gel. 2. Stir again to break up any clumps, then add yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder and stir until combined. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy as is or top/layer with strawberries and chocolate chips.
